Kenpo Technique

THRUSTING PRONGS (Front bear hug, arms pinned)

The attacker grabs you in a front bear hug pinning your arms.
  1. Step back with your right foot into a left forward bow.
  2. Thumb strikes to groin.
  3. Hook your left arm under your opponent's right shoulder, pulling him down.
  4. Right knee to his solar plexus or groin.
  5. Right side kick to the inside of the opponent's left shin.
  6. As you land, deliver a right inward elbow strike to the side of his head.
