- Check by pinning your opponent's hand to your chest as you simultaneously deliver a right backfist to the side of the head.
- Step with your left foot into a right rear twist stance as you simultaneously grab the right shoulder with your right hand anchoring downward.
- Untwist in a counter-clockwise direction driving your opponent into the wall.
- Check opponent's body with both hands as you deliver a right roundhouse knee to any available target.
