Short Form 1, Long 1, Short 2, and Long 2 are basics forms; whereas the 3s and up are techniques forms. Long Form 6 is the defense-against-weapons form. Each attack in the form is a knife, gun, or club attack. It is important in this form for your hands to be continuously moving from one position to another. |
